Jim Klein

Mr Klein is the founder of the technology that uses electromagnetic inductive heat to process waste plastic and tires. Mr Klein assembled a team of environmental, engineering, and industry experts to develop the process solution that converts waste plastic and end-of-life tires into high quality oil, carbon black and electricity. Mr. Klein has over 50 years of experience in the plastics industry and recycling business.
Mr Klein is one of the foremost experts globally in waste processing and recycling. Extensive experience in operations management within process/manufacturing industries, operations restructuring as well as design/engineering and construction of production facilities. Key personal involvement in several joint venture initiatives in Russia, East Europe and New Zealand.

ROBERT FELLER
VP R&D SENIOR ENGINEER
Mr. Feller has had a diversified career in the environmental field having 40 years working in all facets of the industry throughout the world. His work has taken him to Kuwait cleaning up the lakes of oil created by the retreat of Iraqi forces. He was one of a group of environmental scientists that pioneered the use of catalyzed hydrogen peroxide for the subsurface remediation of hydrocarbon contamination which is now the recognized remedy for remediation of leaking underground storage tanks. He was involved in one of the first uses of incineration for the decontamination of contaminated soils at the B.R.O.S. Superfund site.

CHRIS SMITH
VP INVESTMENT BANKING
Born and educated at Wallington, London, before starting a career in stock brokering. He commenced his career in settlements with Savory Milln, Members of the London Stock Exchange, in 1986. He remained at Savory through the takeover by Swiss Bank Corporation before moving to Martingdale, Stacey and Trollop to work as a trader on the Johannesburg market floor in 1990.
He then returned to London in 1994 and his former employer, Swiss Bank Corporation, to work in a special operation team designed to support Corporate Finance and Proprietary Trading. The group was designed to maximize profits on specialized situations by structuring the trading, compliance, and tax issues. He remained at Swiss Bank through the mergers with Warburg, Dillon Reed, UBS, and PaineWebber.
